Participants in any activity related to Jolly5pro.com participate at their own risk. Participants agree to hold the Jolly5pro.com owners, managers, and operators harmless in respect of any losses incurred as a result of participation in any activity related to Jolly5pro.com.
Please do not use your rent, utilities and grocery money to participate in the pogramme. If you decide to participate, please do so ONLY with your spare money.
Please proceed with registration ONLY if you agree with the Terms and Conditions.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

1.1. Is Jolly5pro a legitimate business?

Yes, Jolly5pro is legitimate business. The addresses of our main office available online on the Contacts page.

2. ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND SECURITY

- How do I sign up?

Click the Register button on the page from the Member Affiliate who referred you to Jolly5pro. Fill out the form and confirm your signup by clicking the confirmation link in an email we will send you. Your confirmation email is in your junk or spam folder. Check these folders to see if the confirmation email was sent there. Please make sure that you clear history and cookies in your browser prior to registration to avoid any issues.
Multiple accounts are not permitted. Each member can have ONLY one account with his/her user name, email address (preferably Gmail) and payment processors. There can be only one account on one IP address.
Yes, you can change a sponsor. Send request on the email [email protected]
Yes, if they are 18 years old. Minimal age for registering and participating in the programme is 18 years.
The name and address field cannot be changed directly by the users for reasons of security and proper identification. Please send us an official ID in the Latin alphabet bearing your correct name, and we will forward your request to our admins. But please note that name changes are allowed only to correct small mistakes or misspellings of the same name of the same person. This feature is not permitted to completely change the owner of the account. All details should be written in the Latin alphabet. Exceptions apply only in cases of name change due to marriage/divorce, or official court-approved change names. Respective documentation shall be submitted in these cases.
Our system regularly performs security checks and deactivates accounts that show signs of being auto-generated, multiple accounts under the same IP, third-party funded accounts, and accounts with missing/incomplete or false data. Your account may have fallen under one of these categories and is therefore blocked. If you did not commit any of the abovementioned infringements, or can provide a detailed explanation on why your account was flagged, please email us again and our tech department can review your account. As per our terms, we also deactivate accounts that have not been funded within 30 days of registration, or do not see any activity in 3 months.
The password recovery link only works for confirmed email addresses. If you already confirmed your address beforehand, please make sure that you have checked your Spam or Trash folders. Also, please try using a different browser or device (not mobile), and clear your cache and cookies.

3. Purchase of Plans, Payment Information

Long-term plan: Jolly Basic

Plans can be purchased with ADV, Perfect Money, Payeer and BTC.
Jolly5pro does not charge any fees for deposits. Payment processors may charge their fees, as per their policies.

4. How do I earn?

-You earn in two ways:

4.1.0- by purchasing a short- or long-term plan or more plans, and by sponsoring you earn a referral commission 10 levels deep

4.1.1 -A short-term plan Jolly Biz: your earnings include deposit and interest, they are paid from Monday to Friday and you can see them in

4.1.2 - Long-term plan Jolly Basic: your earnings include the daily interest, while your deposit(s) are returned to your balance at the end of the period. Your deposit(s) is/are frozen for the entire period of the particular plan.

4.2.1 - By sponsoring others you earn a referral commission 10 levels deep:
- Level 1................. 5%
- Level 2................. 2%
- Level 3-10............ 1%

Please note: 
- Sponsor gets referral commission in case he has active plan on his account.
- Sponsor gets referral commission when referral plan becomes active.

5. How can I withdraw my earnings and referral commissions?

- You can start withdrawing your deposit and interest after expiry of the 15 business days from the date of your deposit.
- You can withdraw your deposit(s) and interest after expiry of the plans.
Please note: if you request a withdrawal on Friday night, it may only be processed and paid out on Monday.

6. How much can I withdraw?

Min/max withdrawal is $10 / $200 per day.
Deposit and interest can be withdrawn after expiry of the plans, and min/max withdrawal per day is $10 / $200.

7. Do you offer refund?

The first 15 days from the date of registration and payment of deposits.

8. Your Referral Link and Banners

- Your will find your referral link and banners in My Referrals in your back office.
- Please only promote Jolly5pro.com using legal methods. Any income promises, or guarantees inconsistent with the information provided by Jolly5pro.com Terms and Conditions at  jolly5pro.com/terms may result in a permanent account suspension.

- The provision of information by Jolly5pro.com and its related pages constitutes the dissemination of information in accordance with the right to free speech. Nothing on these pages is to be interpreted as legal, accounting, tax, currency, banking, or investment advice. 10. Miscellaneous

- If after reading the FAQs, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy you still cannot resolve your problem/issue, please send a message to [email protected]  and please provide the following information:
1. Member ID (user name).
2. Contact email address (email associated with your account).
3. Funding issue: provide the reference, transaction or batch number from the payment processor, copy and paste a screenshot of your payment, or include a link to your screenshot in the message.
4. Withdrawals: provide the payment processor name and ID, invoice number of the missing withdrawal, amount and date paid.
5. Please save [email protected]  to your email contacts. If you don't find our emails in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam and promotion folders.
6. Please respond to the original ticket. Please only submit one ticket per issue.
